First Day for Lorenzo


Yamaha rider Jorge carve the fastest time on the first day of a test session at the Jerez circuit, ahead of the start of the MotoGP season. Then, followed by the Honda duo Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez in second and third. In the test session that took place on Sunday (03/24/2013) early morning local time, the track was wet and slippery due to rain quite disrupt the test. Thus, the drivers did not have a chance to take a lot of laps.

Lorenzo was fastest after a record time of 1 minute 47.423 seconds. Meanwhile, Dani Pedrosa, was behind him with a record time of 1 minute 48.474 seconds, 1.051 seconds adrift or behind Lorenzo. Marc Marquez was ranked third after the incised record time of 1 minute 48.524 seconds. Followed by Pramac Ducati rider, Andrea Ianone with a record time of 1 minute 48.984 seconds. Meanwhile, another Yamaha rider, Valentino Rossi was ranked sixth with a time of 1 minute 49.443 seconds.
